Follow up / action items from 6 Mar 2008 Meeting

• Automatic em notification when particular TWiki sites have been modified (Linda/Cole)
  • Linda contacted Dale. EM forwarded to All Admin with instructions on how to receive notifications. (LS 3/17)

• Current status of Fei Ye's application (Sherry/Shaun)
  • H-1B amendment at DHS as of Monday 3/24 (SH 3/27)

• All files updated (Aixiang Jiang, Heidi Chen, William Wu)

• Update on Joanne's access as reviewer
  • Linda contacted Sam Gannon about access for Joanne. Joanne is set up in system but will need to attend COEUS training first.
    Joanne is signed up for COEUS 1 class in early April. Hopes to have all four classes completed by the end of April. (LS 3/24)
