• Style Guide: If you create a new and specific page or attach a file whose address will not generally be widely used outside the department, please give the page a non-generic name. For example:
  • Announcement of May 2004 seminar by John Q Public: name the page JohnPublicMay04Seminar
  • Discussion group for a specific project Foo: name the page FooDisc
  • Attached file originally named report.pdf: rename the file somethingspecific.pdf before uploading
