Welcome and announcements

Marion Delgado opened the meeting at 7:00 A.M. and welcomed all the attendees. A continental breakfast was served. This is not a real meeting. The purpose of this topic is to demonstrate some of the features of the Action Tracker Plugin.

Old business

Dale Plummer once again complained that these meetings are too early in the morning. No action was taken.

New business

The disposition of old electronic hardware was discussed. It was decided that Dale should do some research and find a vendor who will safely and cheaply pick up and dispose of our old, broken, and no longer useful electronic hardware. This stuff is considered hazardous and needs to be dealt with correctly.

Next, the committee discussed how to most easily implement the addition of action items to meeting minutes. One idea is to make available a template for a new action item that contains the minimum fields necessary to be valid.
